Pan Fried Apples

Ingredients

  • 3 granny smith apples
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pan Fried Apples

Instructions

Peel, core and slice apples to 1/4 or 1/2 in. thickness.
soften butter over medium heat.
Add apples to butter and canopy (stirring occasionally) for approx. 6-8 minutes.
Once apples ar soft, stir in sugar and cinnamon.
Cook extra 2-4 minutes. Serve now.
