French Fry Cheese Pizza.


    2 inch russet potatoes cut into 1/4 wide strips
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    kosher salt and pepper
    1/4 cup grated parmesan plus more for serving
    1/2 pound store-bought or [homemade |] pizza dough
    1/2 cup marinara sauce or tomato basil sauce
    1 cup shredded provolone cheese
    8 ounces fresh mozzarella torn
    fresh chopped parsley or basil for serving


heat up kitchen appliance to 425 degrees F.
Place the cut potatoes on a baking sheet and toss with oil, salt and pepper. unfold in a good layer. Transfer to the kitchen appliance and bake for 15-20 minutes, then flip and bake for ten minutes a lot of, or till crisp. take away from the kitchen appliance and toss with Parmesan.
Meanwhile, bake the dish. Grease a baking sheet with oil.
On a gently floured surface, push/roll the dough out till it's terribly skinny. Transfer the dough to the ready baking sheet. unfold the dough with sauce and prime with cheese. Transfer to the kitchen appliance and bake 10-15 minutes or till the crust is golden and therefore the cheese has liquid. take away the dish from the kitchen appliance and prime with fries. Sprinkle on some recent parsley and grated Parmesan. EAT!
